Cavo Tagoo
Built into the cliff side, Cavo Tagoo is a luxury five star hotel minutes from Mykonos Town, and has spectacular views over the ocean.
There are 80 rooms at Cavo Tagoo, including 18 suites and 11 villas, all of which are spacious and white stone clad and have their own Jacuzzis. Alternatively, push the boat out and opt for a room with a private plunge pool - almost half of them do and we would definitely recommend it.
The Tagoo restaurant serves up delectable Greek food with an international influence, and set around the infinity pool, the location makes it all the more fantastic. White and minimalist, the focus is on the food and location.
Facilities at the hotel include a large infinity pool, which is the main hub of the hotel, partly due to the incredible views, as well as the restaurant and bar which whips up delicious cocktails. There is also a gym and a spa offering a wide variety of treatments.
Just a short stroll from Mykonos Town, guests can wander in to explore the many restaurants, nightlife and archaeological sites, or alternatively to the secluded beaches and their tavernas which are all close by.

Kivotos
A five-star hotel located on the Bay of Ornos, just ten minutes away from Hora (Mykonos town).
The hotel is housed in classic Greek white-and-blue-painted buildings and set amid landscaped gardens tumbling down a rocky hillside to a pebble beach.
The rooms and suites overlook the Aegean Sea, and each is individually decorated with a blend of mosaics, antiques, and the proprietor's own collection of modern art.
There are no fewer than five swimming pools, one with seawater and underwater music; a private beach with water sports facilities including windsurfing and scuba diving; a fully equipped 'Neptune' fitness centre with sauna, Jacuzzi and massage service; and a squash court.
'La Meduse' gourmet restaurant is one of the best on Mykonos, and another restaurant serves light Mediterranean food. There is also a pool bar with swim-up seating and a cigar & caviar bar in the evenings.

Bill & Coo
Taking its name from the sounds lovey doves make (the bill bit refers to the way doves touch each other's beaks, apparently), Bill & Coo is spot on for lovebirds of a non-avian persuasion.
No prizes for guessing the room type here at the officially names Bill & Coo Suites & Lounge, with every one of the sizeable 24 suites a study in white with splashes of colour. Every suite has a balcony or terrace and most have a view out across Megali Ammos bay, the sparkling blue sea and Baos Island beyond.
Away from the rooms, the west facing terrace is the heart of the action at the hotel, with a lovely infinity pool and sunloungers. Come evening there are spectacular sunset views of Tinos and Syros islands and the iconic windmills of Mykonos Town before the pool is beautifully lit up and guests reconvene for a drink at the elegant bar as the in-house DJ lays down some perfect chill out beats.
The Bill & Coo Lounge restaurant, also on the terrace, serves good quality Mediterranean cuisine for both lunch and dinner although the bright lights of Mykonos Town itself with its excellent restaurant scene are only a few minutes' walk away as well.
Back at the ranch there is a new spa being built where guests can book in for massages and other treatments.

The new spa will have a range of treatments designed to alleviate hangovers, an important service on a party island like Mykonos.
