It's a tough time for everyone, and as you can imagine it's particularly challenging for the travel industry. That said, we and our network of partners around the world are a pretty positive bunch, with a long-term perspective forged from hard-earned experience.

Just two months after Original Travel launched in 2003 the world was hit by the SARS virus, and in the intervening 17 years we have seen recessions, a full-blown financial crisis, the Icelandic volcano disruption and other notable challenges.
When times are tough, our first instinct is always to go above and beyond for our clients, and as a result Original Travel has always come through each crisis stronger, more resilient and with a more loyal client base. That is exactly what will happen this time, too.
For now, it does look like things will become more serious before they improve, but we are also looking to the future, and to that inevitable moment when confidence returns. We know that our clients' insatiable appetite for visiting fascinating foreign countries will return. As they seek the enlightenment, contentment and fulfilment inherent in exploring intriguing corners of our wonderful world, we will be here to tailor-make those trips to perfection.
